About ten years ago God put a desire in my heart for missions. I have held this desire in my heart, captive by fear. As I was praying about what my 'one word' should be for 2016, God just kept placing BRAVE in my head. So taking a giant leap of faith in an act of bravery for Christ I am going to Peru this summer to literally be the hands and feet of Christ! Nervous? Yes! Anxious? Yes! Excited? You bet!
I will be traveling to Arequipa, Peru on July 30th, 2016 to serve with a small group from Daystar Church, and we will connect with a larger group through AIM (Ambassadors in Missions). From July 30th to August 6th I will be pouring out some love on the sweet kids and women in Arequipa, teaching skills, playing and showing them the love of the Lord. I will also be supporting the medical camps in the area for the parents and babies in the city.
As I prepare for this wonderful opportunity God has placed in my lap, I'm reaching out for support.
I'd love for your support as I head out to Peru! One of the ways you can help me is to pray for this trip, the ministry, and for me personally. Only with prayer support will I be able to bless these children and mommies in the orphanages

Yes, there are financial needs. The cost of the trip is $2,100 per person, which each team member is responsible to raise in gifts to our church. Please pray with me that the funds to cover my trip expenses will be provided! All gifts, with an expression of a allocation for my trip expenses, are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
